I know I'm lazy but i will. I told myself that i need to focus on ab workout. Yes its actually two years since I've said that. But now is the time to change, give me two months, December is the date. I'll train in my house not in the gym because that's expensive. I can prove that my house is better than the gym. LOL look at the nipples.

I am NOT your challenger (because I'm just trying to survive out here--I give myself enough pressure without needing to challenge anyone, lol!) But I totally get the need to be anonymous AND to keep a diary. Yes! Boys do it too!
